1 - Is there a minimum order or charge?

There is no minimum order or charge for personalized clocks by Timeless Memories, Inc.

2 - Are there any Quantity Discounts?

Quantity Discounts for 5 or more personalized clocks purchased at the same time are available, If the dial design remains the same with no changes what so ever.

3 - I am a school/PA/PTA/PTO can we use your products for a fund raiser?

But of course! Email us (tlm_inc@msn.com) and we'll be happy to work out a fund raising program to suit your needs..

4 - Are there any set up fees?

There are no set up fees when you order personalized clocks. We do not charge you to scan your photo or set up your design. We don't charge you for putting text on your graphic either. We will send you one free draft digital copy of your personalized dial and if you which to proceed at that time we will require a full payment. We will send you 3 additional draft copies with any of your changes and then a final print will be require.

5 - How should I send you my image?

Mail your photo to Timeless Memories, Inc, 104 Central FWY, Wichita Falls, TX 76306

E-Mail; If you have a digital image you can email it to tlm_inc@msn.com, but please make sure your graphic is not compressed and at least 300dpi and 4" x 6". We accept images PC format only in .jpg, .bitmap, .gif, .psd, You may zip up your graphic in WinZip if necessary. Please do not email us to ask questions unless accompanied by your artwork. 

Do not send professional photos without a photographer’s release. Doing so will only hold up your order

Do not send us a link to your online photo album, usually these graphics are only 72dpi and cannot be reproduced for print with any quality.

6 - If I send you my photo via regular postal mail, will I get it back?

We will send you back your original photo, unharmed.

Please note, If you want your photo back, you will need to send us a self addressed stamped envelope.

7 - Can you add text to my image?

Yes we can, and we don't charge you extra either. Please be sure to indicate the color of the text, style and the type desired. (blue, red, Times New Roman, Arial, bold, italic, script etc.) Please note: please be as specific as possible and double check the spelling.

8 - What are my Text Choices?

In effort to assist you in choosing a font for your personalized product, we utilize some of the most commonly requested fonts listed in Microsoft word and Notepad. You are in no way limited to these fonts. If you have a certain font in mind, please feel free to request it we will let you know if we have it available. We can also shape (arch, slant, wave, etc..) your words.

9 - Do You Have Samples I can look at to get an idea of how to design my personalized item.

Yes. We provided a few on our website; however, if you email us we will send you some more samples of your requested background theme. Click here to see some samples.

10 - Timeless Memories, Inc does not accept Pornographic material for reproduction - What is Pornographic?

Everyone has different opinions in this area, but we consider pornographic anything that we would feel uncomfortable having our children seeing us working on and reserve the right to refuse any order we consider to be distasteful or pornographic. We also reserve the right to refuse any order which contains text in a foreign language if we cannot find the meaning in an international dictionary.

11 - Can you crop my image?

Depending on the orientation of your image (portrait or landscape), we can crop, reduce or blow up your image. We prefer that you do not send images already cropped. Sometimes we need the extra background room to insure proper placement of your subject on the clock. You can send your high resolution file along with a lower resolution file cropped to show us the approximate area you would like removed from the picture.

12 - How long will it take to process my order?

Normally production time on most items is 3-7 days, with the exception of during holiday time; these estimated times will be extended. Please place holiday / special event orders as early as possible.

Realize that personalized clocks are not pulled off a shelf and shipped; There is administration time, art development time, production time and shipping time. If you need something by a certain date, please be sure to note it on your order even if you think you are within our time guidelines. Need something right away? Don't hesitate to email us and ask. If we can, we'll put it on Rush status.

Keep in mind that any requests for special designs cannot be done on a rush basis.

13 - How will you ship my order & How Much does it cost?

Shipping\Handling is not included in the price (S\H is $12 - this includes registered and insured shipping anywhere in USA) .

Regular size clocks are $35

Large size clocks are $45

Also note = When sending a check, it takes at least 7-10 business days for your check to clear once it has been deposited. After your check has cleared, we will begin the process of your order. Click here to see the Clock Samples and Pricing section for prices.

14 - Do you offer Express Mailing Options?

Yes. Please specify how you want it delivered and we will give you an estimated charge from the postal services.

15 - Do you Ship outside the United States?

At the present time, we only ship within the continental United States, Alaska & Hawaii.

We can ship to Canada if the order is paid via PayPal with a confirmed address.  Shipping and handling to Canada will incur additional charges.

16 - Can I return my order?

Understandably, due to the nature of personalized clocks, they cannot be returned. However, if there is an error on our part, you can receive a replacement. Please email for an authorization first. Any returns without pre-authorization will not be honored.

17 - What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Personal Checks and Money Orders via US Mail.We also accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All Orders are Pre-Paid. Checks will have to clear before we continue with the draft process.

Any Checks returned will incur a $ 35.00 fee.

18 - How do I place an order?

To Place an order with our Secure PayPal Server simply click here to go to the  Sample Clocks and Prices. Save or open and print the request form. Just fill out the form and email it to us at tlm_inc@msn.com or call us at 940-867-0754.

 To Place an order via US Mail, please print our order form and mail it to us with your payment.

19 - Can I re-sell your product?

You can call us or email us and we can discuss it.

20 - I received my personalized clock and I love it. How can I tell my friends about your company?

We just love to hear how thrilled you are with your personalized clock and we know your friends and associates would love to hear it too. Please feel free to send our website link, phone number and email address to them.

21 - Do you sell non-personalized items?

Yes. We sell 3’x5’ nylon flags for U.S, Texas, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and POW. In addition we will be adding Helium Balloons as Balloon Bouquets or Individual ones for party decorations. We have also added Balloon Wrapping (placing gifts inside a balloon) to the our business. We continue to grow our business, so please call, email or visit our website regularly to see what we have added to our business.
