Balloon wrapping of your personal gift is available for the local area only. Balloon wrapping is $8 and front door delivery in the local area is available for $5.
Payment Information
Purchase is for the Elgin, OK and surrounding area, Delivery charges will apply. Shipping is not available for these items.
Currently all orders are only taken via email or by phone. Payment options can be discussed upon contact. Credit Cards are accepted as well as PayPal payments.
We will email you an invoice; on the invoice you will have a link that will take you to the page which allows you to pay using the PayPal Secured Payment System.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. You will be provided the option to pay with MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
